Attorney Bio

I am an Ohio native and have represented victims of nursing home and assisted living facility abuse, neglect and negligence and their families for nearly thirty years. I am a member of the American Association for Justice Nursing Home Litigation Group, the Elder Care Protection Coalition, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio Association for Justice. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and was sworn in by the Justices of the Ohio Supreme Court. I received my Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster and my Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

I hold the AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell’s survey of judges and lawyers, which is the highest possible rating awarded for legal ability and ethical standards.
